Refund policy

Damaged Items & Quality Control

We take great care in inspecting our fabrics and products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged from our side, you must report it to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Approval & Return Process

  • Staff Approval Required: Returns are only accepted after you speak with our staff members and your request is explicitly approved.

  • No Automatic Returns: Do not send items back to us without prior staff confirmation.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified and approved by our team, we will issue a replacement product for the same billing amount.

  • No Cash/Original Payment Refunds: We operate on a replacement-only policy for approved damaged items. We do not offer monetary refunds or store credits.
